What is a Solana token?

A Solana token (SPL token) is the standard token format on the Solana network. A token created with CoinPlex works with wallets and applications across the Solana ecosystem.

Which networks support creation?

Coins and tokens are created only on the Solana network. Payment is made in SOL.

What can I do after my token is created?

Your coin address, transaction signatures, and explorer links are available in your dashboard. You can import it into your own wallet, build a community around it, and use it according to your goals. Remember: no platform can guarantee that a meme coin will gain value.

How long does coin creation take?

Once your payment is confirmed, coin creation is usually completed within minutes. You can follow every step transparently from your dashboard.

Which payment methods are supported?

Currently, payments are accepted only in Solana (SOL). The exact amount and transfer instructions are shown during checkout. Token creation takes place only on the Solana network.

Which wallet receives the token?

The entire supply is sent to the Solana wallet you provide during the order. If needed, the recipient token account is created automatically. Make sure you enter the correct wallet address.

Metadata is the on-chain description of your coin, including its name, symbol, description, and image. It is optional; if selected, your token appears in wallets with this information.

How is liquidity provided in the Launch package?

Part of the Launch fee is placed into the pool as SOL liquidity by CoinPlex (the platform liquidity seed). The pool starts with this seed and grows naturally as sales increase. Every SOL collected remains in the pool as a real on-chain reserve and is transparently visible on the coin page.

The LP tokens for the liquidity pool are burned and the pool's mint and freeze authorities are renounced. This means no one, including CoinPlex, can withdraw the liquidity placed in the pool. The burn transaction signature is published in the order dashboard and coin page; anyone can verify it in an explorer.

Is there a bonding curve or progress threshold when creating a coin?

In the Launch package, the coin opens for trading at its starting price and the price rises gradually as sales increase (bonding curve progress). Once the threshold is reached, the pool continues operating at full capacity. Price is always calculated from pool reserves; the platform does not simulate it.

What is mint authority?

Mint authority is the permission to increase or decrease a token supply. For every token created with CoinPlex, mint authority is permanently revoked (renounced); it is not transferred to the buyer or retained by the platform. Permanent revocation means no one can mint additional coins later. Remember that having this authority does not guarantee a token's value.

What is freeze authority?

Freeze authority is the permission to freeze token transfers. For every token created with CoinPlex, this authority is permanently revoked together with mint authority. It is not optional; the system verifies it on-chain for every coin.

I paid, but the system does not see it. What should I do?

First, check that you paid on the correct network and sent the funds to the address shown in your order. If the payment is still missing, click the I Made the Payment button on the order page to refresh the status. The system searches network data; if it cannot find the payment, it records and safely reviews it. Contact support with your order number if needed.

What happens if I pay on the wrong network?

If your payment cannot be detected on the correct network, it is not lost. Transaction details are recorded, reviewed, and resolved safely. This may affect the normal order flow; the review result will be shared with you.

An ICO (Initial Coin Offering) is an early token sale that raises crowdfunding for a project's development and growth. Participants contribute to the project's funding and receive tokens in return. CoinPlex provides consulting for planning, documentation, and coordination of ICOs; pricing is project-specific and not included in packages.

How can I get ICO services?
